Pene's December 2015 Quilt Selection

These are the result of a rushed effort to get a few quilts finished for Christmas.

Made from backing fabric obtained from Trevor at Howard

Another larger bed-sized backing fabric quilt - same pattern, but put together differently

Made from a jelly-roll: same pattern again, but with black outline strips (going to my daughter Kim on the Gold Coast)

Scrappy quilt (my son in law thinks it looks like a clown's suit) - this one is rather large!

Still a work in progress: another Trevor backing fabric quilt made with a shadow effect

Small sqaure lap-quilt going to my brother Geoff in Monto

Square lap-quilt made from jelly-roll going to my eldest son in Toowoomba (even though he doesn't want one)
A large quilt from the same jelly-roll (for my lovely son in law from the Gold Coast who is always very helpful)

40 Shades of Green: it waited 12 months to get a border, and I gave up in the end and just bound it

Our banner for the Cancer weekend fundraiser, held May each year

Our banner for our Girls' Night In fundraiser, held October each year; small ribbons have a name on each one - for people affected by cancer (each ribbon raises $1)
